Teflon Fiberglass, high PTFE content Premium Series
Teflon Fiberglass is also called as PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, which is made from woven fiberglass fabric coated with high performance PTFE resin.
PTFE coating ensures this product has a excellent non stick (easy release) surface to almost all chemicals in the market, and heat resistant (continuous working under 260 degrees, maximum 327 degrees), which result in a wide application in many different fields.
PTFE Fiberglass fabric also has very good abrasion resistance and strong tensile strength, it can be usded as laminate-release sheets for curing & laminating process, belting for food, electrical insulation and industrial processing.
Teflon fiberglass combines the mechanical propertiess of woven fiberglass fabric with nonstick properties of Teflon(PTFE). The woven pattern of glassfiber fabric ensures it strength while PTFE coating guarantees its nonstick characteristics.
