Teflon adhesive sheet is using PTFE coated fiberglass fabric as basic material, and coated with silicone pressure adhesive(PSA). This tape has easy release surface and cost-effective property, widely used in Packaging, plastic bag sealing, wire and cable insulation, LCD/FPCB/PCB bonding release, laminating of PVC window and so on.

Properties of Teflon adhesive sheet

Coated with medium level of PTFE, YS7012AJ has good release property to ensure non stick property
★ High working temperature
PTFE adhesive fabric can continuous working under 260 C degrees.

ESONE can customize the adhesion that customer need, it could be high or less, strong initial or weak initial, easy to peel off or difficult to peel off.

With medium PTFE coating, this PTFE tape can show good property with lower cost.
