BLACK UHMW Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tape/BLACK UPE Tape
ESONE’s UPE tape is made from BLACK ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (BLAKC UHMH) film with a molecular weight exceeding 9 million, coated with either acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive or rubber adhesive.
Advantages of BLACK UHMW TAPE
ESONE black UPE tape offers excellent abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction, making it an ideal protective layer for wear surfaces. It is resistant to UV embrittlement, suitable for outdoor applications. The high-temperature, high-tack acrylic adhesive is designed for high shear resistance and adheres well to most dry, clean surfaces.
The black UHMW tape, compared to the standard white UHMW tape, is anti-static and suitable for outdoor use as well as high-demand applications.
Specification
The standard widths for the rolls are 290 mm, 610 mm, and others, with lengths customizable as per requirements. The rolls can be slit to any desired width. This tape is backed with a PE release liner, which protects the adhesive and makes it easy to use.
Applications
ESONE black UHMW film tape provides an abrasion-resistant, anti-stick, and anti-friction surface at temperatures up to 107°C. It is commonly used to protect high-speed line chutes and conveyors, particularly in applications requiring UV and static resistance.
