PTFE fabric for Insulation Jacket
PTFE Fabric for Insulation Jacket is made with fluoropolymer coated glass fabrics, which is designed for removable insulation jackets / covers / blankets, this fabric is UV, chemical and flame resistant, has high tensile strength and can resist heat to 600F.
Comparing to silicone fabric, PTFE fabric can resist higher temperature to 600F, has stronger chemical resistance & anti-environmental property, and has self-cleaning surface.

Silicone fabric for Insulation Jacket
Silicone Fabric for Insulation Jacket is made of silicone coated fiberglass fabric, this fabric is flame, chemical, UV and environmental resistant, can resist heat to 500F.
Comparing to PTFE fabric, silicone fabric is cost effective and flexible, since the property of silicone fabric is quite enough for most of applications, so silicone fabric is used more frequently than PTFE fabric.

High Silica Fabric
High silica fabrics manufactured by ESONE are used in demanding temperature applications throughout industrial insulation market.
It is specialized woven and coated with tan vermiculite compound. These fabrics can continuously operating under 1800°F(982°C) and has minimum 96% silica content, which are widely used for applications which both thermal protection and heat resistance are required.

Fiberglass needled fabric (Temp mat) manufactured by ESONE is an effective low cost replacement for asbestos mats, millboard, ceramic or refractory fiber paper and others.
It is a fiberglass mat composed of 100% E glass fibers 9-13 microns in diameter which are put into web form and mechanically needles together without chemical binders. Temp mat is a thermal insulated and flexible fabric which can resist heat up to 1200°F.

Aluminized Glass Fabrics
Aluminized glass fabrics manufactured by ESONE is specifically designed as shipboard lagging and jacketing material for use over insulation where the surface temperature is under 500°F.
It is laminated to aluminum foil to provide a vapor barrier. These fabrics are used for removable blankets, fitting, pipe wrapping, turbine blankets, flange covers and engine exhaust pipes.

Vermiculite Coated Fabrics
