Teflon Belt from ESONE, long lasting and perform well in high temperature

Teflon Belt is impregnated with PTFE(also called Teflon) resin, it is available in brown or black color, max width can reach 4.05m wide. To enhance the tracking and belt life, ESONE offers various styles of edging reinforcement and splices in order to match customer’s applications.

The mesh size of YS6004 is 4x4mm, the weft construction is single weft.

Another mesh size ranging from 1×1, 2×2.5, 2×4, 5×5, 8×8 to 10×10 is available, and the construction of open mesh fabric can be fiberglass, Kevlar or Nomex, the construction of weaving way can be double weft or single weft.

Applications of PTFE coated mesh YS6004

★  PTFE Grill Mesh

Due to the non stick property of PTFE coated mesh, YS6004 is widely used as grill mesh for home use or commercial use. By using ESONE YS6004, food will be crispy as heat air can pass through Teflon mesh.

And thanks to the non stick surface of Teflon net, this grill mesh is very easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

★  Laminated glass manufacturing

ESONE high quality PTFE open mesh fabric is used as the release liner for laminated glass manufacturing.

The reason why use Teflon mesh is as follows.
