Teflon Tape YS7020AJ, PTFE adhesive fabric Premium Series
Teflon tape YS7020AJ is using YS9020AJ as basic material (PTFE content is 60%), and coated with high quality silicone PSA on the back, which ensure heat resistant to 260°C and long lasting performance.
The yellow PVC liner on the back, is used to protect the adhesive and for ease of application.

Description of Teflon tape
PTFE(Teflon) is a high-molecular-weight compound consist of only Carbon and Fluorine. It is hydrophobic: neither water nor water-containing substances wet PTFE, as fluorocarbons demonstrate mitigated dispersion forces because of high electronegativity of fluorine. Compared to any solid, PTFE has the lowest coefficients.
With these characteristics, PTFE can be used a lot for nonstick coating on fiberglass, metal, plastics and other substances, such as making Teflon tape.

Application of Teflon adhesive tape
Due to the super nonstick surface and high temperature resistant, Teflon Tapes are workable for applications which need to resist continuous high temperature, high corrosivity or high electric strength.
For plastic bag sealing process as an example, when hot-sealing opp bags, we need PTFE tape to resist temperature and also prevent plastics sticks on the metal.
