Anti static Teflon coated fabric, conductive material for Insulation jacket
Anti static Teflon coated fabric 16.5 oz, coated with one side Fluorin(PTFE), has high tensile strength, is UV resistant and Flame resistant.
This black Teflon coated fabric is the anti static (conductive) & heat resistant & Corrosion resistant solution for Insulation Jacket!
Applications of Fluorin coated series include wrapping insulation for pumps, filters, exchange, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on, it’s wraped outside the insulation blanket, as this fabric is anti-aging, anti-chemical and anti-environment.
Different color is used for different application, such as steam pipeline, oil pipeline or gas pipeline.
Description of Anti static Teflon coated fabric
This YS9038HS fiberglass fabric is impregnated with one side high quality PTFE(Teflon).
The high temperature resistant, flame retardant, Non-stick PTFE(Teflon) provides improved resistance to abrasion and corrosion, flexing and tear. And fiberglass ensure the high tensile strength of this product.
This product is used for high temperature (600°F) removable insulation jackets for valves, filter, exchanger, pump, piping, flanges and fittings.
Advantages of one side PTFE coated fabric
– Flame Resistant
– Environment Resistant
– Chemical Resistant
– UV Resistant
– Smokeless
– Non-stick surface, good self-cleaning

Applications of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric
Removable Insulation Jackets are designed for Pumps, filters, exchange, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on.
And different color is for different application, like Yellow insulation jacket is for Gas, Oil and Steam value, pumps and so on.
Thermal Insulation Blankets could also be used for making Antiseptic Insulation Tent, which could be used to store chemicals(especially for flammable and combustible chemicals), or easy-corrosive, hazardous article.
Why need an anti-static PTFE fabric for insulation jacket?
Hi Cynthia, thanks for your comment!
This anti-static fabric can eliminate static electricity during operation, and offer excellent thermal conductivity to dissipate surface static.
For some oil and gas industry, anti-static PTFE fabric will be needed.
This is the most popular spec in US, but I would like to know whether you have thicker PTFE fabric for insulation jacket?
Hi Sophia, thanks for your comment!
Yes, we have thicker PTFE fabric for insulation jacket, such as 34 oz PTFE fabric, 18 oz both side PTFE fabric, and we also have anti-static PTFE fabric for insulation jacket.
Regarding the tensile strength, is there any difference between grey PTFE fabric and anti static PTFE fabric?
Hi Ryan Brown, thanks for your comment!
You are professional! Yes, there is difference, and the tensile strength of grey PTFE fabric will be higher. Anyway, you can’t have your cake and eat it!
